What does this connection test check?
The tool sends a live request to EKO24.NET to verify that the internet is reachable and measures the server response time. When supported, it also displays browser-reported connection type, estimated downlink and data-saving preference.
Why are some results unavailable?
Modern browsers intentionally limit access to network information for privacy and compatibility reasons. If your browser does not support the Network Information API, those fields will be shown as unavailable.
Is this the same as an internet speed test?
No. Browser-reported downlink values and the server response time should not be treated as a full bandwidth benchmark. For measured download and upload performance, use the Internet Speed Test.
